Clinical Observation of Three Kinds of Paste Filler in Root Canal Therapy

Objective To compare the clinically curative effects of three kinds of paste filler in root canal therapy.Methods 316 theeth which need root canal therapy were selected and randomly divided into three groups,They were used respectively in three groups of root canal therapy: AH PLUS +gutta-percha、VITAPEX+gutta-percha and zinc oxide eugenol paste+guttapercha.and the clinically curative effects of three groups after 1 day、3 days and 7 days were analyzed comparatively.Results The pain incidence of AH PLUS group and VITAPEX group were lower than that of zinc oxide eugenol group,and there was significant difference between them(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between AH PLUS group and VITAPEX group.Conclusion AH PLUS paste and VITAPEX paste can effectively reduce the acute reaction after root canal therapy,and they should be Spreaded widely in clinic as the new root filling materials.
