Beauty PiKang Dressing in Pressure Ulcer Prevention and I～II Period Pressure Ulcers Therapy of Double Concerns

Objective To observe the PiKang dressing in pressure ulcers Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ period to prevent and treat prassure qlcers effect.Methods 2009.6~2011.6 months during our elderly secco patients,including Ⅰ ~Ⅱ period pressure bed occurred in patients with 69 cases,which were randkmly divided into 33 cases in control group(fourty-one) and 36 cases in the experiment group(fourty-seven),and the aplication of beauty,pressure ulcers PiKang dressings treatment were treated by traditional pressure of bedsore nursing methods;Other did not Happen pressere ulcer patient 54 cases,also randomly divided into two groups,compared group and study group,each group of ecpected 27 cases used diffent nursing methods,According to the circumstance to give outside pressure prophylactic use PiKang dressings group,beauty care prevention using conventional methods.Three weeks after observed and compared the two groups of pressure ulcers treatment and prevention.Results The total effectIve rate was significantly high than control group(93.4%vs71.2%,P0.05).the average healing time sgnificantly shorted than the control group(6.9±2.2d vs10.1±2.9 d,P0.05).Has not occured in patients with pressure ulcers,and the incidence of pressure ulcers significantly lower phan those of the control group(28%vs72%,P0.05).PiKang dressing can significant.Conclusions Pikang dressings to prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers,and promotes The Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ period of pressure ulcers healed,the effect is remarkable,and clinical applicapIon.
