Treatment of pressure ulcers by Kuiyangning

Objective To study Kuiyangning pressure ulcer treatment. Methods The 67 cases of stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ patients with pressure ulcers after admission were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group 34 cases of pressure sores wounds 50; 33 cases in the control group pressure sore wounds 55 observed in the usual care group on the basis of pressure sores plus hospital medicine preparations were topical Kuiyangning gauze dressing,the control group were treated with 0. 1% topical gauze rivanol solution in routine care on the basis of pressure sores traditional dressing methods were observed after 30 days of treatment effectiveness in patients with pressure sores. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88. 00%,the control group's total effective rate was 61. 18%,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.01). Conclusion Kuiyangning treatment of pressure ulcers with good clinical results and improve the cure rate.
