Investigation and Analysis on Teachers' Profession Sensibility in Elementary Schools

Teachers' profession sensiblitity has a great relation to the stability of teacher team,the development of teacher's profession and teaching quality,and the effective of new curriculum reform.However,through the investigation on self profession evaluation and profession idea of teachers from cities,towns and villages,it is founded that the situation of teachers' profession sensibility is critical.Therefore,our government must strengthen measures,improve the teachers' payments,and reconstruct evaluation system of teachers,in order to enhance teachers' profession sensibility.
