Analysis of Scientific Research Papers and Managements from 2003 to 2008 of a Hospital in Shenzhen City

Objectives To know the numbers and the authors of the scientific research papers during the period of 2003~2008 of a hospital in Shenzhen,and the development of the scientific activity in this hospital.Method Examining the correlative statistical data of the scientific research papers during the period of 2003~2008 of the hospital,and using the method of document quantitative analysis to analyze the authors.Results The numbers and the qualities of the papers have being improved,but it's relatively slow.There is a large disparity in the numbers of the papers among the departments of the hospital.Conclusions There are some problems about the scientific research managements of this hospital.As the quantities and the qualities of the scientific research papers increase slowly,it needs to be improved as soon as possible.
