Abstract
In recent years, the number of scientific research achievements has increased, which has promoted the development of our college. Basis on data of scientific research paper published in 1999-2003, this paper has analyzed the dynamics of quantity and quality of scientific research paper, discussed the relation between scientific research paper and technical title structure, put forward suggestions of increasing quantity and quality of scientific research papers.
