Abstract
Objective To provide basis for the future scientific research management,discipline establishment and personnel training by statistically analyzing the scientific and technological papers published from 2005 to 2010 by our hospital and studying the deep seated factors influencing the scientific research and technological innovation of professionals.Methods The bibliometric method was used for statistical analysis.Results From 2005 to 2010,a total of 1 817 papers were published,of which 60 papers were included by SCI and EI and 104 papers were published in China serial journals.The number of cited papers accounted for 36.29% of the total number.The average number of citation were 3.37 times.Conclusion The number of papers which published by our hospital is evidently growing,but the quality of papers still needs improving,therefore it is necessary to nurture core authors and deepen the resource sharing services of scientific research information.
