The Building and Management of University' s Basic Construction Archives

The archives of basic construction refer to the charts, video-tapes and written materials which have great value of preservation and are accumulated during the process of basic construction management and projects. In order to do it well, we must improve archivists' quality by strengthening their awareness of file-keeping. Furthermore, the computerization and the scientific classification of archives and well-equipped facilities are quite necessary. Meanwhile, we should establish an efficient managing system and strict handing-over procedures to standardize the archive management through close cooperation.
