Abstract

Based on the characteristics of college archives basic construction and the impact on the authenticity and integrality of college archives,this paper puts forward the effective ways to enhance the construction and management of archives basic construction,involving renovate concepts,enhance the legal awareness and archives sense,establish standardized archives capital construction management system and so on.
