Discussion on how to optimize the infrastructure archives management work of enterprise and public institution

This paper elaborated the capital construction archives was directly formed in projects construction,was true records and historical documents of basic construction work,but also the basis of future making the repairment,alteration,extension and management assessment for project,was the important part of construction management,through the analysis on main problems and reason current existed in the archiving process of infrastructure archives,put forward scientific management suggestions how to strengthen infrastructure archives,in order to guide the practice.
