Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of combining use of Yinzhihuang oral solution with siliankangpian in treatment of breast milk jaundice. Methods 156 infants with breastmilk jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases of control group used phenobarbitone tablet,78 cases of observation group were given Yinzhihuang oral solution combined with siliankangpian. Results The declining value of bilirubin in observation group was obviously higher than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Application of Yinzhihuang oral solution combining with siliankangpian(Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets) in treatment of breast milk jaundice could lower the level of bilirubin quickly and shorten therapeutic period.
