Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish the determination method of Shenqijianwei Granule.MethodsHPLC was adopted with Kromasil 100-5 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phase corsrsted of acetonitrile:Methanol-water(38∶62).The detection wavelength was at 230 nm.The flow rate was 0.7 ml/min,and the column temperature was at 30℃.ResultsThe linearity of this method was well with a good seperation. The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999)in the range of 0~50μg/ml for Paeoniflorin. The average recovery was 97.90%,RSD=1.186%.The contents of paeoniflorin were 0.0242%,0.0274%,0.02166% in three batch of sample product respectively, and the average content of paeoniflorin was 0.024 43%,ConclusionThe method can be used for the quality control of Shenqijianwei Granule.
