Abstract
Objective: To study the risk factor of triglyceride and plasminogen activity on abnormal in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Using ELISA and enzyme methods, the content of tissue plasminogen activitor(t-PA) plasminogen activitorinhibator-1(PAI-1) and triglyceride(TG) in 51 patients with cerebral infarction, and 50 normal controls were analyse. Results: The changes of high TG, PAI-1 and low level t-PA were most significant abnormal charctor of cerebral infarction. Conclusion: High TG may an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction by in duing fibrinolytic dysufunction.
