Variation of Plasma t-PA,PAI and Lipid Levels in Patients of Diabetes Complicated with Acute Myocardial Infarction and Ischemic Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of plasma tissue type plasminogen activator(t PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) and lipids in patients of diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction and ischemic cerebral infarction and clinical significance of these indexes.Methods In our ward there were 98 patients of diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction and ischemic cerebral infarction in the observed group and there were 40 health in the control group.Observed indices were plasma t PA,PAI,lipids and blood sugar.Results Contents of fasting blood glucose (FBG),total cholesterol (TG),triglyceride (TG) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) in observed group were significantly higher than that in control group ( P 0 01).Contents of HDL C and t PA in observed brorp were significantly lower than that in control group ( P 0 01).Conclusion There were abnormal lipids and fibrinolytic activities in patients of diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction and ischemic cerebral infarction.Variation of fibrinolytic components is possible closely related to thrombosis.
