Abstract

s: There were many similarities between Japan's telecom service system and China's telecom in history. However, from the 1980's, Japan's telecom service made great achievement in the reform, from which we can learn much experience. Only by reinforcing the legal system construction of telecom service, making effort to promote the transformation to non-governmental telecom service, introducing competitive system actively, shall we be qualified for participating international competition in the process of China's accession to WTO.
