Abstract
Deregulation and competition are the goals of telecom reform in American.After nearly twenty years telecom reform,glory has gone away,and American telecom in fading now.China telecom today is also being reformed.Consequently,it is supposed to obtain experiences and lessons by analyzing characters of American telecom reform,and to strengthen telecom superintendence in China as well as encouraging competition so as to keep China telecom industry developing healthy.
