Analysis of effect surveillance after rabies vaccine immunization from 2007 to 2008 in Linhai

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the immunized effects after being vaccinated with rabies vaccine.Methods:IFAT was used to detect the level of antibody of Rabies 14 days after first vaccination and so was 10 days after normal process,seted antibody level 1/5 for positive,and observed the reactions after vaccination.Results:The positive rate of the former was 83.4%,and the latter was 99.0% in 308 serum samples,none of severe abnormal reactions was observed.Conclusion:The immunized effects and safty of rabies vaccine is excellent,and it is worth to be extended.
