Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the immunization effect after rabies vaccine inoculation and its related factors, provide scientific basis for rabies control and prevention.[Methods]Serum antibody against rabies virus was determined by ELISA in 1948 subjects, which were collected by Jiangyan CDC in 2009.The positive rates of antibody after rabies vaccine inoculation among different group were compared.[Results]The positive rate of antibody was 95.12%.There was no statistical difference of seroconversion rates of antibody among subjects with different gender, season and vaccine variety. While Age and inoculation procedure were the affecting factors of antibody level.[Conclusion]The positive rate after rabies vaccine inoculation can't achieve 100%,detection of serum antibody must be conducted, booster dose must be inoculated to the subjects with negative result to ensure the future production of antibodies.
