A Study on CT Features Of Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective To explore the CT features of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods CT expressions of 44 patients with pancreatic carcinoma proved by clinical data or pathology were analyzed retrospectively,and made a comparative analysis on CT attenuation values of arterial stage scanning and portal stage scanning of tumor-pancreas respectively.Results The space-occupying lesions of pancreatic head,pancreatic body and pancreatic tail were 28 cases,7 cases and 6 cases respectively,and three cases of diffuse pancreatic carcinoma were diagnosed.24 cases of biliary dilatation and 25 cases of pancreatic duct dilatation,12 cases of intrahepatic metastasis and 35 cases of lymphatic metastasis existed.36 patients in our study underwent dual-phase enhancement scanning,and the maximum dense difference of tumor-pancreas was significantly on pancreatic phase.Conclusions CT scanning can confirm the existence,erosion and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma,and pancreatic phase scanning is especially significant for diagnosing tumors.
