Engineering combined with personnel training mode the advance,the development and improvement of professional competence of teachers continue to put forward new demands.Which teachers accept the new concept of vocational education is very important for the practice Titles Evaluation and teaching team building,perfect in this process to ensure the continuous development of teachers' professional competence.
