Abstract
In the context of the professional development of teachers and new curriculum reform,the concept that research teachers should be trained before service has establish basically,but the pre-service teacher education has still been done in the traditional technology-based teacher training mode,and therefore it is imminent to build a viable the pre-service training mode of research teachers.This article discusses the pre-service training of research teachers from many aspects,such as the theoretical basis,training objectives,practical system and so on.The purpose of it is to promote the reform of teacher education mode,to meet the professional development of teachers and the need of the new curriculum reform,to improve teachers' quality and to promote the change from the technology-based groups of teachers to research-based groups of teachers.
