Discussion on Cultivating Teacher's Professional Competence with Integration Teaching Mode

In order to adapt to the characteristics of higher vocational education and personnel training objectives,various vocational colleges have implemented the reform of the teaching mode with the integration of teaching,learning,and practicing,which makes more demanding requirements for the professional competence of teachers in vocational colleges.On the basis of making an analysis of methods and effects of training teachers in Chinese vocational colleges,the paper introduces the advanced experience of training dual-qualified teachers in foreign countries and puts forward the suggestions of teacher's training combined with China's actual situation.
