Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of 3 indexes of coagulation test in liver diseases. Methods Plasma prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),fibrinogen (FIB) were detected in 151 patients with liver diseases and 70 controls by Japanese Sysmex CA-1500 automatic coagulation instrument. Results The results of patients with liver diseases are abnormal to varying degrees, and hepatic carcinoma is more abnormal than hepatic cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis. As the disease increase,PT,APTT was prolonged, while the FIB was significantly reduced, and compared with the control group, there was significant difference (p 0.01). Conclusion 3 indexes of plasma coagulation test can evaluate the coagulation function of patients with liver diseases, and consistent with the severity of liver diseases. They are very important to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of liver diseases.
