Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of four coagulation indexes in liver disease. Methods:Sysmex CA-500 automatic coagulation analyzer was adopted to detect plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB) in 51 cases of liver diseases and 33 cases of healthy physical examination. Results:There was no difference in FIB between the hepatitis group and the health group. The examination results of four coagulation indexes had significant difference between the liver cirrhosis group and the health group. Conclusion:Four coagulation indexes detection has important clinical significant to monitor the disease condition and guide the clinical medication in the patient with liver diseases.
