Abstract
Aim To determine puerarin in xiaoke pill by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of Puerarin in the sample.The separation was performed on Hanbon C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphonic acid(15∶85) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results The standard curve was linear in the range befween 23.0 and 138.0 mg·L-1 for puerarin(r=0.999 6,n=5).The average recovery was 97.19%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,and is a good method to determine puerarin.
