Abstract

Objective:To determine puerarin in Shensu tablet.Methods :Puerarin in Shensu tablet was separated and determined by HPLC.Results :The concentration of puerarin was linear in the range of 0.015~0.075μg.The average recovery was 99.4%(n=5,RSD=0.33%).Conclusion :This method was sensitive,quick and accurate for the quatity control of this preparation.
