Abstract
Combining with the work experience,the paper explores the management in the engineering programs,illustrates some main points,including the establishment of the operation institute,the inspection of the scheme in the preparation period,the preparation for the site field,the cost management and the construction management,so as to ensure the engineering quality,the safety and the construction period.
