On analysis of important and difficult points of construction management in engineering programs

According to the management status of the field management of the current architectural enterprises' programs,the paper combining with the practical experience for the field management,illustrates the four points of the field program of the projects,that is,the safety control,the quality control,the control of the construction period,and the investment and cost control,and points out some factual suggestions and advice,so as to provide some suggestions for the field management reform of the construction programs in China and to enhance the flexible adoption in factual projects by managers of the engineering programs.
