Abstract

Combining with the work practice,the study explores the management points for the engineering programs of modern construction enterprises,illustrates the contract management,the program management model,the cost management,the supervision and inspection,and the coordinative communication respectively,and points out many factors are involved in the engineering program management,so the comprehensive consideration and the full-sided and whole-process control should be considered.
