Study on Production Technical of Spores by Adopting Koningii trichoderma Solid-state Fermentation

Based on the methods of single factor tests and orthgonal experiments,the optimal formula of culture media and fermentation conditions for Koningii trichoderma were determined,by using bran,ricebran,straw,bagasse etc.as solid substrate for fermentation.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as following:wheat bran 50 g,glucose 1.0%,sulphuric acid 0.5%,KDP 0.05%,initial pH 7.0,cultured at 28 ℃.The ratio of nutriment and water was 1∶1.2,The output amounts of spore reached 9.6×109 cfu/g on 80 cm×40 cm×5 cm stainless pan for expanding fermentation.It would provide reference for production applications of Koningii trichoderma preparation.
