Strategies for University Teachers' Training

Education is the basis for the development of a nation while teachers are the foundation of education.Teachers of higher educational background constitute the most valuable resource of all universities or colleges.Therefore,it is fundamental for the development and reform of higher education to improve the quality of the teachers.This paper discusses the challenges university teachers' training is faced with and puts forward strategies aiming at training well-disciplined teachers to meet with the requirements and needs of modern higher education reform and the economic development of the society.
