Problems in University Teachers' Professional Development and Countermeasures

Along with the continuous in-depth of China's education system reform,the problem of teachers' professional development has become increasingly prominent.Promoting the professional development of university teachers is not only an important way to improve the teaching level of university teachers' education,but also realistic demand for China implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and realizing economic social sustainable development.This paper,on the basis of analysis of the problems existing in the process of university teachers' professional development,puts forward related countermeasures to promote the professional development of university teachers.
