Abstract
This article studied the effects of different conditions on the extraction of polysaccharide from grifola by liquid fermentation through single-factor experiments. The results showed that inoculum size, culture temperature, rotate speed of oscillator, culture duration,as well as carbon source, nitrogen source and metal salt in medium all had effects on the extraction of polysaccharide from grifola. When 3 pieces of mycelia were inoculated and cultured for 15 days at 25 ℃,the rotate speed was 150 r / min,and the medium contained glucose, peptone and KH2PO4,the mycelia of grifola grew best, and the extraction quantity of grifola polysaccharide was the highest, reaching 0. 093 ~ 0. 121 g.
