Abstract
In the paper, the nutrient conditions of submerged fermentation of Grifola frondosa were studied. It showed the effect of single factors, such as carbon source, nitrogen source, growth factors and inorganic salts, on the growth of Grifola frondosa. Through the orthogonal test, we found that 3.0% glucose,0.5%peptone,0.4%potassium dihydrogenphosphate and 1.5% corn steep liquor were best optimum medium condition for the submerged fermentation of Grifola frondosa. The results of the further test of fermentation in flask showed that the pH value gradually declined in the course, and the dry mycelia of Grifola frondosa was up to 1.42g/100ml after 5 days.
