Abstract
The nutritionl resources and conditions of liquid fermentation of Grifola frondosa in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. The results showed that the appropriated carbon source was glucose.the nitrogen source was wheat bran. The suitable culture conditions were as follows:initial pH 6.0.inoculation volume 10%.the volume of shake flask 150mL/500mL.temperature 25℃,rotation rate 150~180 r·min-1 and culture period 144h.
