Multi-cultural Education Conception in America and Education for Nationalities in China

Abstract

Multi-cultural education conception,a very new viewpoint in Chinese education,formulated in the USA about 50s to 60s in 20th century and recently introduced into China.As a multi-nationality country,Chinese education should be paid attention on the multi-cultural education.In recent years,lots of educationalist have been advocating and appealing the multi-educational conception and some relating researches.This article would take the viewpoint that we should not imitate the USA multi-cultural education model as we had a long period of nationality development and construction contrary to America.
