Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vildagiiptin metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and security analysis. Methods Selected from October,2010 to October,2012 admitted 120 patients with type 2 diabetes, they were randomly divided into 2 groups with each group of 60 cases. In the control group, patients received metformin, treatment group were treated with metformin and vildagiiptin, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment, two groups HbA_(1c),FPG,2hPG,INS were significantly lower, and with elevated levels of GLP-1(P 0.01),and the treatment group compared with the control group,HbA_(1c),FPG,INS reduced, while GLP-1 levels increased more significantly(P 0.01).2 groups were found no adverse reactions. Conclusion Metformin combined with vildagiiptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, the clinical efficacy is superior to metformin alone, and found no increase in adverse effects, while having a high clinical value.
