Abstract
Based on uneven distribution of sulfur and olefin in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) gasoline,FCC gasoline was pre-hydrogenated,and then fractionated. The catalyst with high activity and stability for FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization as well as their process technology were developed. The results of performance test showed that sulfur content of FCC gasoline was decreased from 196.2×10-6to 39.2×10-6,and total sulfur removal rate was 80.1%;mercaptan content was reduced from 33.8×10-6 to 5.95×10-6;the average olefin loss was 2.1 percentage points, and RON loss was only 0.5 units.Gasoline yield of 99.24% was attained. The treated gasoline could meet the requirements of National Standard Ⅳ for clean gasoline.
