Abstract

With respect to inappropriate distribution of sulfur and olefins in FCC gasoline, light and heavy distillates were fractionated and high-activity and stability octane number restoring catalyst for heavy fraction and with DSRA process for FCC gasoline hydrodesulfrization(HDS) and olefin-reducing were developed.Upgrading of Germu FCC gasoline with high sulfur content was carried out using DSRA process via light fraction mercaptan removal, and heavy fraction hydrodesulfurization and octane number restoration.Overall desulfurization of 94.1%,olefin reducing to 20%,gasoline yield of 97.83(wt)% and chemical hydrogen consumption of 0.88% were obtained without octane number loss. The treated gasoline conformed to European Ⅲ standard.
