Abstract

With respect to inappropriate distribution of sulfur and olefin in Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) gasoline, the FCC gasoline was fractionated and high-activity and stability octane number improving catalyst and octane number improving catalyst as well as process technology for heavy fraction were developed.Upgrading of Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) gasoline was carried using the process technology via light fraction mercaptan removal with NaOH aqueous solution, and heavy fraction octane number improvement /hydrodesulfurization.,the olefin volume fraction in RFCC gasoline decreased from 40.2 % to 24.2 %,sulfur form 285.5 ppm to 41.5 ppm, overall desulfurization of 85.46 %,research octane number (RON) increased 0.4 units and gasoline yield of 99.1 %,respectively. The treated gasoline conformed to ChinaⅣ standard.
