Study of Current Situation of Physical Education Teachers in Institutions of Higher Learning in Henan Province of China and Measures for their Development

The current situation of the physical education teachers in institutions of higher learning in Henen province of China was analyzed. It was shown that the PE teachers in colleges and universities of Henan province trend to be young, but there exist a lot of problems. They are of low records of formal schooling, their ability of scientific study is inferior and they are not at a high English and computer level etc. On the basis of the investigation and analysis certain measures were put forward for improving the current situation of PE teachers in institutions of higher learning in Henen province of China.
