Investigation on the physical education teachers' situation of middle schools in Henan province

Based on a random sample of physical education teachers of middle schools in Henan province as the research object and the use of questionnaires and statistics on physical education teachers of middle schools in Henan province,the survey results showed that the age,gender and job title structure of physical education teachers in Henan province are irrational.The rate is not high academic standards.The teaching work,teaching ability and other factors need to be improved.At the same time,we also got that physical education teachers in Henan province respect their jobs greatly,are very motivated to their work and have correct attitude to teaching and rigorous classroom instructions.Based on this,the article gave some suggestions.
