Analyses on Present Situation and Developing Strategy of P.E. Teachers of Common Universities in Henan Province

According to questionnaires, documents and investigations, the passage has researched on the present situations of teaching, re-education, scientific researches and the basic structure of P. E. teachers in common universities of Henan Province. It has explored the effects, advantages and problems of the teachers during the education reform in the universities, and also provides some suggestions for strengthening the construction of the teachers.
