The key to the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises lies in releasing the creativity of human resources. Streamlining organizations, innovating the means of encouraging, strengthening job-specific training, widening the talent introduction route, setting up characteristic corporate culture, etc., help to solve the serious problems in the human resources of state-owned enterprises, and improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
