Comment on the Research of Mining Theory

Mining is a complex set of rights,including mineral ownership of property,the special license and rights aggregate mixed by the actual enterprise property.Exploration and mining rights have the same structure with mining.Mining rights does not exist,and other countries do not have mining system and theory.Japan and South Korea's mining legislation are different from China's mining theory.China's mineral rights theory is derived from Japan's mining system of alienation.Nothingness of the mining rights leads to the backwardness of our mining system,and mining system has many difficulties.Nothingness of mining rights should be revoked,and mineral property rights,licensing and corporate property rights should be put at a same level,in order to build a modern mining system.
