Present Condition, Problems and Policy Choice of Village Surplus Labor Transformation

China's surplus labour is only relative to the traditional grain growing industry and primitive way of rural production. A series of problems have emerged in the process of rural surplus labour transforming, which is the core of the problem of agriculture, rural area peasants. According to China's reality, the feasible measures to solve these problems are labour export industrialization, labour market standardization, agriculture industrialization and land transformation.
