The Foundation Way out of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer in China

The transferring of rural surplus labour to non-agriculture industries and cities and towns is an inevitable trend of the worldwide industrialization and modernization.China has a large population,with a large rural labor and is in a period of the quickening development of industrialization and urbanization.There will be more and more rural surplus labour which need to be transferred.It is not only the key factor to restrict China'problem of agriculture,rural area peasants,but also directly related to the process of China's modernization and making people enjoy a fairly comfortable life with higher quality.Therefore,how to realize efficient transferring of rural surplus labour,is a momentous and pressing study issue that we face.And in this text,I think to realize the employment in non-agriculture field of the rural surplus labour is the basic way for the Rural Surplus Labour Transfer in China.
