Abstract
Objective:To establish an animal model similar to human Type 2 diabetes dysimmunity. Methods:Male SD grown-up rats were fed with high-sugar and high-fat feeds to induce the insulin resistance and given lumbar injection of small dosage STZ 35mg/kg,and fed with general feeds for a month Models of Type 2 diabetes dysimmunity were established. Results:Blood sugar of rats in experimental group increased and their sensitivity to insulin dropped, fasting insulin dropped,IL-6 increased,IL-2 dropped, biochemistry target confirmed that models was successfully made. Conclusion:Models of Type 2 diabetes dysimmunity in rats became ideal animal models to study and treat human Type 2 diabetes dysimmunity.
