Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of combining Aripiprazole and Sertraline in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:60 refractory obsessive-compulsive patients who met the criteria of CCMD-3 were divided into the experimental group(28cases) and the control group(32cases) randomly. The experimental group was treated with Aripiprazole and Sertraline. The control group was treated with Sertraline. The period of the trail was 8weeks.The efficacy and the side effects were evaluated by Y-BOCS and TESS respectively. Results: The efficacy was better in the control group than in the control group(x2 = 4.1,P0.05).The side effect in the control group was almost the same as that in the control group. Conclusions: Combining Aripiprazole and Sertraline is a practical way to treat refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.
