Abstract

Objective To study the effects and mechanism of Nimodipine on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by measuring the cerebral vascular hemodynamics indexes. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, who came to our hospital from 2009.12 to 2011.2,were randomly divided into the Nimodipine therapeutic group and the control group. The cerebral vascular hemodynamics parameters were measured in the two groups before and after treatment.Therapeutic effects were assessed by physician respectively Results Qmean, increased significantly in the Nimodipine therapeutic group after treatment(P0.05),R and CP decreased significantly after treatment(P0.05)while Vmean remained unchanged;therapeutic effect rate was obviously better in Nimodipine therapeutic group(82.5%)than that of control group(57.5%)(P0.01) Conclusion Nimodipine can increases cerebral blood flow, decreases cerebral vascular resistence and improves therapeutic outcome, when it was used as soon as possible.
